The Church Executive Team provides spiritual, strategic, and financial leadership to ensure the church remains faithful to its biblical mission, values, and vision. The team works together in prayer, wisdom, and unity to guide the church’s ministries, resources, and long-term direction.

At the heart of the Executive Team is a Board of Owners entrusted with the responsibility of providing wise and faithful financial oversight. The Board seeks to steward the church’s resources as gifts from God, making financial decisions that are biblically grounded, prayerfully considered, transparent, and aligned with the mission of the church.

The Board of Owners provides accountability and guidance regarding budgets, major financial commitments, investments, property, and long-term financial health. Its role is not simply to protect financial resources, but to ensure those resources are stewarded faithfully and used effectively to advance the Gospel, care for people, support ministry, and fulfill the church’s God-given vision.

Together, the Executive Team and Board of Owners seek to lead with integrity, humility, wisdom, generosity, and accountability, recognizing that the church’s ultimate owner is Christ and that every resource entrusted to the church is to be managed for His glory.
